Comic Glossary
Graphic Novel
A graphic novel is a book-length comic telling a complete story, often released as a single bound volume of 100+ pages.
Graphic novels treat the comic medium with literary ambition — Maus, Persepolis, Watchmen. They're longer than comic books and meant to be read in one sitting like a novel.
