Inking
Inking is the step where a penciled comic is finalized with bold black lines, defining shapes and shadows for printing.
Vintage comics have heavy, confident inking — thick outlines, hard shadow shapes — because cheap newsprint blurred fine detail. QuickComic mimics this look.
